Weight Loss Wednesday

I’m back! I still haven’t gotten on the scale but the goal was to be down 5 pounds by the 20th. I had a doctors appointment in August and I was about 165 pounds. I feel confident that I have reached that because I haven’t been eating out. I haven’t really been as consistent as I would like with my cardio, but I keep showing up to the gym and moving my body!

I was out of commission for about two weeks due to my cycle and headaches. I’m hoping that with my next doctor visit I will get some good information that can help me be healthier and feel better. Even though I work out 3 to 4 times a week I’m always tired and drained. I know one of the issues is that I have low iron so I’ve been taking an iron supplement. I’ve also been trying to eat more food rich in iron. I still don’t notice a difference from taking it, but I’m hopeful.

Better days are coming!
